We had a very frustrating experience with Prometheus Travel. Upon arrival in Tivat, no one was waiting for us, even though a driver and representative were supposed to meet us. We spent 30 minutes walking around the airport trying to find someone, and only after contacting our home agency (thankfully we had internet!) did the driver finally show up. But the worst part came later. While other tourists were taken directly to their hotels, our driver left us on the street, saying he didn’t know where our hotel was. We were three people — including my mother — walking 600 meters in 33°C heat, dragging our luggage along a road with no proper sidewalks. Later we found out our hotel was right on the route he took. He simply didn’t care. We contacted their operator, and she offered to arrange another transfer if we shared our location — but we were already walking by then. Without internet, this would’ve turned into a survival quest. Completely unprofessional, careless, and stressful. I do not recommend Prometheus Travel.
